How does my company become a Jupiter Avionics dealer?

Firstly, review the requirements at the beginning of the Dealer Application form. If you are a registered NAT/ Cobham / AEM Dealer you automatically qualify. If you meet the requirements, please continue and complete and submit the application form.
How do I return a product for repair?

Please contact JAC by phone or email so that we may help you determine the source of the problem.
Many audio system problems turn out not to be caused by a faulty product. If it is determined the
product needs to be returned, please complete and submit the RMA (Return Material Authorisation)
form located in the Dealers section. The form will be reviewed and an RMA number issued by phone or
email. Package the unit in a suitable shipping box and send shipping prepaid to:

How long is the warranty?

All Jupiter Avionics products carry a full two-year warranty, with the exception of the wiJAC™ Wireless Intercom system and other portable accessories, which are covered for one year. This warranty covers the equipment only and does not extend to labor charges for removal, troubleshooting or re-installation.
